Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the service. We will review your concerns and consider a refund on the following grounds:
- If the service was not delivered as promised or agreed upon.
- If there were significant issues or errors that prevent the service from being used as intended.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that we do not offer refunds for completed services where the work has already been delivered, especially if the service meets the specifications outlined in the contract. This includes, but is not limited to, design work, website development, and digital marketing services.
Refund Process
If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Maintenance and Support

Late Payments
